My 10 year old Frigidaire refrigerator stopped cooling and I had purchased an extended warranty (a first for me!) and when I contacted the number on the contract, they connected me to RSI. Elaine was very helpful with scheduling and was actually able to move it up a day. She was very pleasant and accomodating throughoutout this whole process. I also spoke with Virginia in parts about having the technician bring an evaporator fan with him (a friend of mine had the same issue on the same model) and she was very helpful in making this happen. I called the morning of the call and was given a window between 10-1 and Jake (tech) called me around 9:30 to let me know he'd be here in 15 minutes (he was). He was very friendly, professional, helpful and quickly had it diagnosed and repaired (it WAS the fan!). I'm very pleased with everyone at RSI and will certainly go back to them for future issues.“
