I have used their service for a few years but in the last two years I found they made mistakes etc. This year (2022 taxes) they forgot to encrypt my document and emailed them to me. Their head office (in Plymouth) has a useless HR and IT person that cannot provide a response on why it was done. The service has become really bad and will likely cause you to lose your identity. Stay away from this place. I will file a complainant with the State or just sue them! BE CAREFUL OF THIS SERVICE!!!

We had a wonderful experience meeting with Harold to complete our personal and business taxes. He was very thorough and asked very good questions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.
