Just witnessed one of their drivers recklessly driving behind someone, on the corner of 6 mile and middlebelt in Livonia. My child was in the car, with our windows down, and your employee was cursing out of the company vehicle window. Whoever was on the road today, needs to chill the heck out.
Horrible, I tried to negotiate with the tree branch removal of 12,000 dollars they invoice they sent me. They blocked My phone and the manager refused to talk to me. When progressive.home insurance cancelled the check 12000 dollars sent to them, due to over price service, their manager called me everyday. Scam company.

Worst Company to possibly deal with for an insurance claim.-Took an entire year to replace a Window-Tried to initially replace my damaged Andersen Bay Window with an inferior quality vinyl window-Was not kept in the loop with process-They mislead/lied to me during the process-I was forced to sign the ENTIRE amount of insurance check over to them before any physical work began so I could fund their non value added middle man business model-After job I had to get them to come back so that both sides of framed window look identical...they left 1 side hanging down a couple inches-After job was done it FAILED inspection...bottom of frame isn't sealed with caulk-Their... read full review
