We are so happy with our new carpet and vinyl floors from CJ flooring. We did the majority of our house and it all looks amazing. They are not only quick but they are reliable and produce quality work. I worked directly with Ali- he was always available via text/call, he was knowledgeable and kind with great customer service. Our installers were Alejandro and Misael and they are truly fantastic at what they do. Their work effort is unmatched. Thank you to all for our excellent experience. I recommend them over any other carpet places around. Way better pricing, came out to me with tons of examples for me to check out, explained the carpet differences in quality, explained the price differences, the padding differences and gave us pricing for every possibility we had. Super professional and friendly. Felt like he was super honest. Then the installers showed up exactly at 9 when the appointment was between 9-12 and went right to work. Went over exactly what I wanted with me. Two guys did the whole job and they were super professional, speedy and polite. Didn’t mind my two kids interfering at all.
