“I received a text that my mechanical cooling employee would be at my house soon, it was then followed by not only a lot of information about him and his expertise, but a photograph of him so when he showed up at the door, I knew it was him. Then he called when he was five minutes out to make sure I received the text message. I was able to ask him a few questions about what he was going to do so I could make sure that I was prepared for his visit.
