The service has dramatically declined, especially snow removal. They don't honor their contract. The office manager, Danielle is overwhelmed and does not follow through.Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
Respectfully, 2.5 stars. A decline in timely service noted, residential location. Two phone calls and apology, "plowed wrong driveway". Wanting to maintain agreement, not sure how long....
Since Dave did not attempt to figure out how my grass started dying and weeds came back after one season, I paid another company to figure out what is wrong with the job Eager beaver did. I was told they did not scrap the too layer of soil after removing the grass and did not add any top soil. So all the original weeds were still there and came back. I will never recommend this company
