Sandra Papiez is an exceptional massage therapist. She is sensitive, caring, and kind and really cares about the experience clients receive, whether they are there for relaxation or therapeutic massage. She is also very well trained in a variety of modalities that I have found useful and pleasurable; among them are Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Trager Work, and Myofascial Release. I have specially appreciated her work in Myofascial Release. My work exacts a toll on my hands and arms and the Myofascial Release she gives is the most effect treatment I have received for them. My wife set me up with a massage, red light therapy, sauna and foot bath today I feel great it really helped. I felt so much better after; light and fresh. Sandra is awesome a wealth of knowledge and experience. Thanks. Highly recommend!!!
I met with Sandra for a massage because I was experiencing tension in my back and neck area. She provided a clean and relaxing environment and the massage was great. She even offered recommendations for further healing.
