She is passionate about empowering clients to increase their self awareness, find balance and access their inner guidance in regards to their best individual self-care. Over the years she has trained in many forms of therapeutic bodywork; including Polarity, Trager, Somatic Experiencing(Trauma Work), Myofascial Release Massage, Craniosacral, Reflexology and much more. She offers many other therapeutic services as well. When the body’s cells are working optimally, a natural detoxification occurs and the body has the opportunity to heal itself of disease.
