This is the best dental office I have ever been in. I was SO impressed with all the new (at least for me) technology they had. For 65 years, I had an unbelieveable fear of dentists & anything dental related. There isn't much that I was scared of more than this. So I put off having anything done for a long time. I was referred here by my granddaughter. She thought I would like them, as they were very friendly, modern and very up-to-date. So I thought I'd give them a try. Upon arrival for my initial appt., I was VERY apprehensive. $12000.00 spent here on braces plus regular appointments over the years for kids and myself. My son misses 1 appointment due to a communication issue which I called and explained to them the same day and they send me a bill for $46.00 for the missed appointment. They have cancelled appointments last minute on me twice in the past, I guess I should have sent them a bill. Just a money grab.Time to move onOffice contacted me and resolved the situation.
My wife was very nervous going in for her appointment.What a group of nice front desk people. She said the dentist was very good doing the work and took the time to explain what he would be doing. Quite happy.
