Cheryl just recently did make-up for my daughter's wedding, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She even took the time to do my daughter's, the bride, make-up after my daughter decided that she couldn't do it herself! And let me tell you.....Cheryl did such an awesome job on the 3 of us that she did make-up on! Being able to last minute do a bride's make-up and making 3 of us look GORGEOUS is just beyond mind blowing! I would DEFINITELY recommend Cheryl for make-up to anyone!
My bridal hair and makeup styles were so so SO beautiful, classy, and durable. The hair & make up artists were very well organized! I 100% recommend using Cheryl Hoover, owner of Elan Designs, and Noelle Tuttle for your big day! All of my concerns were addressed during the consultation meeting and also at my trial. Both gave directions as to what works best the night before & morning of for skin & hair care. Cheryl Hoover and her team at Elan Designs made my daughter’s beautiful bridal party gorgeous and picture perfect. Our hair and make up were flawless and remained perfect, even at the end of the reception. Cheryl Hoover (make up) & Noelle Tuttle (hair) and her assistant are incredibly talented and captured the style each person desired. They arrived on time and were professional, patient, efficient, and made sure each one of us loved our hair and make up.
