Update: their customer service/reputation manager contacted me after this review and rescheduled my fourth attempt at an appointment and this time it happened! Their electrician Austin came and did a great job taking care of my small project and treating us right. Thanks for the follow-up and making things right. Much appreciated.
This company has a SERIOUS problem. I’ve had scheduled appointments with them on THREE occasions and they’ve never showed up, never called, never texted, never emailed or attempted any other way to advise me without me personally calling in only to be told they tried to call me which is a complete lie each time. Had a leaking drain pipe. Davison Home services came out within three hours. Replaced the pipe the following morning for a reasonable price. The tech, Travis, was excellent. He explained the process, was professional, and fast! Thanks!
