“I have been in the Customer Service industry for 40+ years and I am somewhat picky when it comes to the quality of customer service I receive. This office goes above and beyond my expectations (just saying, things certainly have changed since COVID) and I leave there feeling like I'm their #1 patient. My insurance requires a referral for chiropractic care and Peak Performance called me the day after they received the referral in order to schedule my appointment. They didn't look down on me since I only have a Medicaid based insurance plan, which is a big plus for me. They sent their patient forms to me through text, another big plus, and they sent a "reminder of appointment" text another thing I appreciate. Their office is clean and organized and I instantly got the impression that the staff really enjoy what they do and are happy to help. When I met Dr. Eric, he immediately made me feel at ease (and this dude knows his stuff). Our first meet was a consultation and from that he felt x-rays would be necessary so he could really see what he was dealing with. I'm 59 and don't let a little back ache here and there slow me down. I got x-rays 2 days later and Wow! no wonder I can't bend some days! Dr. Eric, the professional that he is, had worked up a plan of action to relieve me of some of my discomfort. I am highly impressed with not being treated like "just another older lady" with aches and pains. 5 stars for sure, they will definitely help you!“

“Had a phenomenal hot stone massage from Nonie. She made sure I was comfortable with the pressure and temperature, and was keen on being consistent and thorough. The ambiance in the room was soothing and the covers (and bed) felt very comfortable. I left feeling relaxed all across my body. I will be making another appointment with her VERY soon!“
