So, after 24 years, my large submersible well pump died. I called at 8:15 pm (Friday night on a holiday weekend) and Mike Lalone answered the phone himself - no answering service. I explained my problem and was concerned what this repair would cost and all the "what if's".
Mike said he would assess on Saturday morning and would be here at 930 am. At 915
, Mike shows up, checks the situation and tries to go for the simple solution with minimal cost. My pump may need a new capacitor in the electrical box. Mike didn't have one in the truck but went to find one. An hour later he returns and no luck. At least he tried.

LaLone well service replaced my pump 27 years ago when it was hit by lightning. Lately we were having low water pressure. Alex came out and said the pump was probably getting worn. Came back the next day and replaced the pump, checked everything and was done in a little over an hour. Plenty of pressure now. Very professional service and the cost was what I expected.
Our submersible pump quit operating yesterday, (Sunday), called 3 local services and LaLone was the only return call, within a half-hour of calling. Spoke with Mike and he said a tech would be out Monday morning. Chris called prior to coming out to verify info and arrived 8am or so, pulled and replaced pump with 105 ft. of new drop pipe & wiring,. had us up and running before noon, prompt service and pleasant folks to do business with!
