Outstanding building. Construction was top notch. 6 by 6 inch treated posts, 2 X 6 cross supports, all treated lumber touching concrete. Reinforced concrete NOT fiber concrete. Doors fit perfectly. Team has been with Lato for 14+ years some as long as 30 years so they know the business. Complete start to finish in 10 days for a 54 X 42 foot concrete floored pole building. Started on the agreed week and finished on time. Owns supply chain - pours own concrete cookies, family runs lumber yard and uses US steel for sides/roof. Township inspector said Dan Latos buildings are always the best... They take pride, finish on time and the price is excellent. Bob Wheeler
