I need to give a shout out to Stears! We called after hours on Tuesday and even got a call back. They were at my house the next morning 2 hours earlier than expected and had my central air unit diagnosed, part replaced, and working in 10-15 minutes tops! Very reasonable pricing. So if you're needing them for any heating or cooling issues, do not hesitate. You won't be sorry.
They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very thorough and explained how the furnace worked and didn’t try to sell you something you didn’t need. Amanda and Daniel were very professional and personable.
Everything was great except for the credit card fees and wasn't told ahead of time what they were. Fee's was to high and will pay by check next time. Very friendly service and a job well done. I will absolutely use them again!!
