“We came home and found our heat was out at 3:30 pm. I called A&E. They were on site by 5:00. They made a quick repair but told me that it would fail again within a couple of months or maybe tomorrow and that the furnace needed to be replaced. It was 18 years old so wasn't shocked. Heat went out again that night. A&E showed up at 7:30 am and installed new furnace. Way beyond what I expected. Great communication and great service.“

“Honest, fair, professional. Just had KENOWA PLUMBING install a new garbage disposal this morning for me. They were OUTSTANDING in every capacity. Courteous, professional, prompt. The last few weeks I have been jerked around by plumbers on Angi's list, Roto Rooter, Lowe's, etc. All wanting to charge me obscene amounts of money to just install a garbage disposal. Some of these so called COMPETITORS, wanted to charge me $500. KENOWA provided me A FAIR PRICE & VALUE and are WAY AHEAD of their competition. They have a new customer for life.
