I have taken my daughter here twice. She has Cassidy do her hair. I don’t know much about the process but my daughters hair looks beautiful, she makes my very shy daughter feel very comfortable and spends what I feel like is an eternity working on it( I think that’s a good thing). For the amount of time and effort spent on the hair I believe it’s a very fair price and for boosting my daughters confidence it’s priceless.

I decided to lighten my hair. At first, I wanted a balayage. So I called, explained that I dyed my hair for years with blue/black box dye (never again) and the suggested Emalee. They asked me to come in for a consult.Emalee sits with me, plays with my hair for a bit and says: It’s going to be a hard process and we cannot get you there in one sitting. Just had a fantastic Swedish massage by Crystal Brower at Profile Salon and Spa. She made sure to ask all the right questions to make ensure I had a great experience. She asked about what areas I have the most issues with, let me choose a sent for my skin and what oil worked best for me. Crystal was careful to make sure I knew what was coming next and created a warm, relaxed and pleasant environment. Her communication skills were most beneficial as I have painful areas and she worked with me to make sure I received the most out of her massage but didn't have to so so painfully. I will be returning for another massage in the near future.
