We were 100% pleased with all aspects of our purchase from Great Lakes Granite Works. Julie was incredibly upbeat and helpful as we chose our bathroom countertop. She took the time to explore all options in remnants to save us money by not having to purchase an uncut slab. We felt she went above & beyond in her assistance, and was far more thorough than other people we had previously dealt with elsewhere. The man who came out to measure was great, as was Mark and the installation team. All were punctual, polite, friendly, and efficient.
