Susan Crosser is an exceptional musician, teacher and all around positive influence on our daughter, who started her Suzuki journey at 3.5 years old and will be turning 6 next month! Our daughter's growth, development and enjoyment of music has skyrocketed with Mrs. Crosser and the Suzuki method. Piano lessons with Mrs. Crosser is one of the best things we committed to as a family. Our daughter practices daily, relishes learning new songs and skills and is already looking forward to Suzuki summer camp at Blue Lake again this summer. Highly recommend!

Susan is a very knowledgeable and encouraging instructor in the Suzuki method. She rightly insists on developing fundamental techniques as you learn the music that systematically builds skills. If you listen and practice, you will learn. As a retired adult I was skeptical about using Suzuki, thinking it is only for children. More than just scales and exercises , I am leaning many pieces that get progressively more complex which enables me to achieve my goal of “learning how to learn the instrument” and develop the skills for a repertoire of musical compositions.

Susan is a fantastic piano teacher! Through her kind but disciplined instruction, she helped our son stretch and grow as a pianist during the 6 or 7 years she taught him. Additionally, she offered frequent opportunities to perform that helped boost his confidence in his abilities and foster his love for piano. He is now double-majoring in college, with music as one of his majors. Highly recommend!!
