So far the Aptive folks have been timely and have solutions to the common issues— mosquitoes, flys and wasps… waiting for stink bug season! lol. I do find they try to upsell me— right now I just want to see how this goes.

They texted when they were on the way and when they arrived. He thoroughly explained everything that he was going to do and then explained every additional thing he did during treatment. He answered all my questions and was very professional.

Aptive has been part of my home maintenance for nearly two years now. I really want to give them a 5 Star Review as their field techs are just superb to work with. They do great great work and all of the field reps follow up with photos of their workmanship. I asked the crew last year to change the service date to Friday since my work had me traveling Mon-Thursday and they accommodated. Eventually, I finally got my tech to whet his whistle over a cold one on a hot summer evening which ultimately lead me not to leave Aptive for a regional competitor.
