My air went out. I called them on a Saturday morning at 8:30. They had my problem fixed by 11:30 and didn’t try to upsell me or anything which I loved and just took care of the problem. They are awesome.! muggy outside right now and I’m cool!! ??

Diagnosed my AC problem quickly. Technician was competent and honest. Explained technically how the system works. Was conscientious with regard to cost of repair. Very satisfied with the response and service.

It was a pleasure speaking with Tyler today about the ductless air conditioning system that Boss Services offers. He provided a lot of information. If we decide to purchase this system, we’ll definitely want to work with Boss Services and Tyler. He did an excellent job in explaining the benefits of a ductless system.
