Obviously no home is perfect and Layne let me know what was critical and what could wait for down the road while I save up. I didn’t even have to take notes. The suggestions he pointed out were in his report so I can follow along as I go!!
Don't buy a home if you haven't had Layne inspect it first! A home purchase is way too big to make without a proper inspections. Layne really know his stuff. You will no regret hiring him!
Highly recommend going through McDaniel Home Inspection. They got us in right away on our tight schedule and Layne gave us a lot of helpful tips through out as well and had our report sent the next morning. Service was excellent!
