Chris is honest. He told me what's the problem and what's needed to be done. He even called the company that makes the faucet so the parts can be delivered to my house. He took the time to explain different options available. Gave reasonable pricing as well. I did not feel the pressure to get the job done just because he was already in the house.

Chris was helpful and courteous in solving our leaking bathroom pipe and basement ceiling pipe issue. He worked late on a Friday evening with no rush to leave ensuring the issue was resolved. Dawn was also very helpful on the phone and took the time to clearly review the invoice in detail and savings as a result of our membership.
