Lilly is amazing, She got an impossible color to get out, and went from a cherry crush ( a real prominent red, auburn) and now it's almost my natural brown color with blonde highlights. She didn't stop until it looked good. Died it twice, stripped it highlights, toned the highlights. Thank you Lilly
