John is the only person I will ever work with for mortgage or refinancing! If you are considering shopping around for lenders I'd advise you to skip that step and go straight with Sock Mortgage. (Spoiler alert: I did the shop around thing and went RIGHT BACK to John at Sock Mortgage!)I ran into so many inadequate options when shopping around. John has been the absolute best to work with and I highly recommend him and his company. He has gone above and beyond my expectations to answer all my questions and make sure everything was done as quickly as possible. We truly could not have purchased our first home without him and his help!
I started the process of building a house about 11 months ago and reached out to john about my mortgage. Right from the start he made me feel comfortable. throughout the whole build process john was always following up and making sure I had everything I needed and made sure I was taken care of.
