Ed and his crew were great. Ed took the time to make sure I understood my options for my furnace repair and that a replacement was our best option. His crew got my new furnace installed the next day. North Wind has done my furnace and AC. When asked for a quote on a generator, Ed came out and within a few days I had my quote. I had 2 other companies that also gave me quotes. North Wind was the best and I got a little larger generator as he knew what it had to run. The communication is fantastic! The crew, including Ed were here exactly on time. He explained things to me.
