I scheduled an appointment for my 90 yr old Mom to get a pair of glasses 4/10/23. I was extremely happy that Lisa was my customer service rep to assist w/finding my Mom a pair of glasses. I was hoping that she would be available to take care of us. She took care of me two years ago when I was in to get glasses. I am due this year for an eye exam & new glasses and I will come back to this store and look for Lisa to help me with my next selection. Each & every staff member that waited on us that day at this location was very, very nice, pleasant, considerate, and extremely helpful! I wish more places provided this type of customer service. I was able to get the pleasure of working witn Patrick (patient advocate) at this location today! He was so helpful, caring and amazing. He displayed such great patient care and I was just amazed by his kindness! I will definitely continue to keep going to this location for mine and my daughters glasses because of him! Keep up the great work!!!
Great, friendly staff and a good selection of frames. Shout out to Dr. Paul Kimbro who did my eye exam in a very professional manor.Another shout out to Britney Brewster, the optician who helped my daughter and I find great frames. She answered all of our questions and placed our orders for our new glasses. She was very professional, courteous, and personable. I highly recommend this office in Clinton Township!
