“If I could give 100 stars I would. I have neglected to stay on top of my hair for many reasons. A few being due to social anxiety and how awkward it can be to keep a convo going with a stylist. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SATISFIED WITH A STYLIST EVER. I’m 29 and almost gave up trying to find a stylist that got me and my vision. Until now!!!!! She has true talent and knows what works with certain skin tones. Usually when I go lighter, it looks so brassy and way too warm. Leaving me very unsatisfied. This literally exceeded my expectations. The hair gods delivered talent to this woman lol.

“First off, every single employee is so amazingly sweet. I called and asked questions, they were answered professionally, kindly, and with no hesitation. From the front desk to other hairdressers, everyone in that salon was so insanely sweet. I scheduled an appointment with Susan, and she was the sweetest person ever! For the first time in years, I finally left a hair salon happy. It’s so hard finding someone that can cut my hair correctly and do what I envision. I expressed my concerns with my last haircut; my hair was constantly tangled, constantly matted, my hair was falling out a lot, it wasn’t the length I wanted, etc. I told Susan I wanted to thin my hair and cut a lot of my hair off in hopes of fixing it. Susan listened to what I had to say, but she also informed me and educated me on things I did not know. Susan told me that I didn’t need to thin my hair or cut off an insane amount of length, but that I just needed a better cut. She let me know that if at the end of the haircut I wanted to thin my hair that she still would, but she was right, I just needed a better cut at my ends. My haircut was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back and I cannot stop talking about how much I love my hair now. My new favorite place and my new favorite hairdresser!
