We had an issue with our furnace starting in early October. We contacted Great Dane to come out and determine the issue we were having. Eric McD. came out and immediately determined that the "ignitor" need to be replaced. They needed to order the part and we scheduled the installation for the following week. Dominic O. was the technician that game out for the installation. Both Eric and Dominic are excellent and knowledgeable electricians!! We would highly recommend Great Dane and their exceptional employees!
Lost my Grandmas diamond pendant down the shower drain. Was beyond sick. Called around and settled on Great Dane after coworkers experience. Devin was timely, personable and knowledgeable. Checked run off trap, no luck. Had him check main trap and thank god it was there!!!!! All in under 45 minutes!! Made my month!! Thank you Devin!!
