I've been bringing my mom here for years and I think the one star review for this salon is not a fair representation of the business. The stylists are always professional and friendly and my mom is always satisfied with the haircuts she receives. I actually prefer this location over another one closer to home. This salon always has a steady business and they deserve a much better rating than the one low star review based on one particular stylist (who may not even be there anymore for all I know). I always get good haircuts and great service at our local Great Clips here in Clinton Township (Garfield/Canal). All of "my gals" there are so personable and good to me. I honestly have never gotten a bad haircut, as they do exactly what I want--trim it up to my liking. They make sure I'm totally satisfied before I leave. I have gone to much more expensive, fancier places and wasn't satisfied. Why would I pay hundreds more and not be satisfied? My girls are professional and know what they're doing, so I'm staying put with Great Clips.

Great haircut as usual at this location and love the online checkin. I’m able to checkin when I’m in the way and by the time I get there I’m usually he next in line for my cut.
