Because I like to support local businesses I did a search and found Dave's Appliance Repair located just a couple miles from me. I called their number, in a panic, because my house had just sold and the buyer's inspector was coming in two days. Of, course, that is when my oven decided to stop working after using the Self Clean function. I left a voice message and in just a few minutes owner Dave called me back. Over the next several minutes Dave calmly talked me through different strategies to "unlock" the stuck function so the oven would work again. He did not make me wait for a service call, but generously and quickly troubleshooted the fix to my problem on the phone....read full review
I called Dave due to fridge malfunctioning. Dave came the following day and gave me a quote. It required a new part. He came and installed it the next day. The fridge is now functioning properly. Dave has many years of experience which makes him knowledgeable with appliances. He truly is an expert and I will definitely call him with any appliance issues.
Came out right away and fixed my fridge. When I had another problem with it, didn't charge a service fee to come back out. Fridge is fixed and Dave called for a couple of days after to make sure it was all good. Will use this company again. Great service.
