I’ve been going to this location for years now, and is the only Urgent Care that I choose to go to. Being that I am chronically ill & disabled, I have visited a vast array of Urgent Care Clinics—way more than I’d have actually liked to. I’ve had several different experiences with the other providers—good, decent, horrible, and so on.Every single time I’ve visited Clinton Urgent Care, I’ve had a wonderful experience, *even* if my issue wasn’t completely resolved due to needing to see my PCP, not much they could do for me, et cetera. Another calming/helpful visit. All doctors and staff were amazing. If I cannot get appt at my PCP, this is the next best thing. Answered every question I had, and I never felt rushed.
Walked in expecting to wait behind a crowd. I was only 1 there, & pleasantly surprised it was a new facility. Check in was easygoing & she was actually friendly! (Rare, I know). The doctor & nurses were friendly & helpful. Glad I went there
