Bland runs a top notch business. Communication is great. Technicians are outstanding. Definitely helps when it’s a small business and not a corporate chain. I continue to recommend them to all friends and family. You’ll want monthly cleanings.
Best of the Best in the business. We have had other companies out and will never have another company besides Bland. We have had windows cleaned semi annually, power washing, ducts cleaned, dryer vent semi annually, gutters cleaned as well. Have recommended to family as well. Give Bland a try and you'll always want to have clean windows!
Jasper did a fantastic job! He really put the time into the details. The siding looks as good as when it was installed. The gutters, both first and second story, are clean as a whistle. Absolutely recommend.
