BEWARE! Business owner does not maintain liability insurance. Had scheduled a furnace replacement a week after inspection of existing furnace. Technician was set to meet me to obtain 50% payment, and I had told him that I would need proof of insurance before paying. At the 11th hour, I was told that the owner had misplaced his insurance during an office move. When I pressed them to get a copy from his insurance company, I was informed that the owner had let the insurance lapse for some time. Wasted a week of my time and left me running a potentially dangerous furnace in December. Owner also hung his technician out to dry, having his technician deliver the news who ultimately won’t be able to work due to the owners misleading tactics.

A HUGE shout out to J & J Refrigeration. Last night our furnace stopped working (New Years Day), my husband called and was prepared to leave a message and Greg (from J & J) answered the phone. My husband explained the situation and he gave some suggestions to my husband to see if it could be fixed over the phone. Nothing worked so Dean (from J & J) came out the next morning. As it turned out, we need a new furnace. Dean didn't charge us for his service call. We have used J & J for many years and wouldn't go to anyone else.
