“A HUGE shout out to J & J Refrigeration. Last night our furnace stopped working (New Years Day), my husband called and was prepared to leave a message and Greg (from J & J) answered the phone. My husband explained the situation and he gave some suggestions to my husband to see if it could be fixed over the phone. Nothing worked so Dean (from J & J) came out the next morning. As it turned out, we need a new furnace. Dean didn't charge us for his service call. We have used J & J for many years and wouldn't go to anyone else.“

We waited a couple extra days to get Lalit because he knows our system well and is a total pro. We’ve used Zilka for many years. “my water heater was leaking and i called several plumbers and no one could do it for a week or two and the prices were out rages i called superior plumbing on Saturday morning talked to Kevin and he gave me a price over the phone and i said ok when and he said Monday morning one of the guys showed up at about 830 9 am and replaced the heater and added some plumbing valves and new lines and took the old one away for one very resonible price im happy with the services i will use them when ever i need plumbing done great work guys nice pleasant people very god work call them when you need the job done right and good“

“What a great group of professionals that didn't leave us hanging over the Labor Day holiday, and worked their tails off to install a much needed new system. In all of the time that I've lived in my home, I've never had great air conditioning. Our upstairs was always warm, and cold in the winter. we need a new system, and it was in the 90's when it finally froze up for the last time. Dan made sure on the first day that we had air, I don't think he knows how much I appreciated him. The group he worked with was wonderful, I worked with Larry quite a bit regarding how to take care of my furnace and how to program our new thermostat from out of town if need be. What a nice and helpful person. I feel confident that I know what to do with my system after he went over everything with me. Also, and so importantly, you never feel like you're about to be ripped off. When an honest company, obviously I can't say enough about them. Definitely a five star operation, and I highly recommend!“

“oh, before anything further, yes, despite the username, we're real people. I saw the other Yelp reviews which were abysmal, and also noted the ones in Angies which were mostly positive. We were in the market for a whole house generator because, well, we're looking at a stage of life where being without power would be awkward. I bumped into their sales rep at Costco and scheduled a visit. The estimator was professional and knew his stuff. (I have a, shall we say, "passing familiarity" with these issues and he had all the right answers). We had another company come out and the prices were pretty close to each other, so we opted for Oak. (both were fully licensed and insured. We did this by the book) Their installation crew came on time, did a superb job, and finished up in that one day. (slight delay for "official" certification as two separate city inspectors, gas and electric, had to sign off. But it was painless). So... in short.. highly recommended. Slight side note: We opted for Generac which, while not the best unit, has something like 90 percent of the home market. Reason we chose it is simply that if ten years from now it needs service and Oak is no longer around, there will be a dozen companies who can handle it. If we were looking for something to run for weeks at a time we'd have chosen another option, but for the basic, civilized areas, where an outage should be rare and then, at most, a couple of days, these are fine.“
