Unfortunately I have had needed the services of ServPro 4 times within the past 2 years in 2 different homes. Thank God for this company though!! When our basement flooded last month , we picked up the phone and they had people sent out to us within three to five hours. Now that may seem like a long time, but let's not forget there were thousands of others who had the same issue as I did that same day. Oh, Servpro! Literally making it look like it never happened! We had an ice dam that caused a giant leak in a room in our house. They were here within a few hours and took care of things right away to keep the damage minimal. They also have been working with us and our insurance company to make sure we get the repairs done fairly and completely. Every person we’ve had in our home, or spoken with, has been absolutely incredible and polite. I can not say enough great things about this company. They will certainly be our first call if the need ever arises again!
