With a caring and trustworthy team, including exceptional veterinarians like Dr. Malburg, this hospital has earned the loyalty of clients who travel from afar for their pets' care. Many clients appreciate the thorough evaluations and the time the veterinarians take to hear their concerns. While some have mentioned changes in the curbside process and noted that some front desk staff are not as friendly as before, the overall care and compassion shown by the team continue to be highly recommended.
N Gratiot vet is the best. We literally have trusted our animals with Dr T since his beginnings at Parkway vet in the early 80s. His office has grown and staff understandably bc of the expertise and care. All the vets are as good as the OG. Dr T once seen us on a closed day to save our labs life. Last week we called bc our dog was simply rubbing his nose raw. No need come in he advised us what to do and boom. From our long gone 6 cats and 5 dogs to our current Lab we say Thank you.
Would give 5* but wasn't happy when got home to review my bill to see they charged 3% visa fee! They really NEED to tell you before I hand over my card, I could've paid another way. They don't want to incur these fees why would they assume the customer would? And don't tell me they have something posted, like I read all the stuff on the wall while trying to hold on to my dog and digging into my purse for payment. Not to mention customers still wait outside in their car until ready to see you. Which is fine but then don't expect me to be able to observe any fee notifications you may have posted. There's really a good veterinarians, there.They take their time.They don't hurry.You and they take great care of the dogs.We have two great parenes and a great dane, and they don't mind going there
