Briann Graham is a liar. Her boss, Phil Grosso, backs her up. Her brother owes me $3,000. 00 for a deposit on a house he built. The subfloor was flooded and moldy. They signed the unsatisfactory clause. My realtor was in a hurry to get to her Dad and brother's funeral in Florida. When she got back, Kathy went straight to the hospital with a migrant headache. I told this to Briann, and she laughed and hung up on me! She's lying to her boss too!!! I don't trust her, and I don't trust her Broker either!!! I want my money back without having to pay for an attorney. They probably have one on retainer!
10/10 recommend. even in this crazy market Garret was able to find me a house that fit my needs and even better it was off market and we locked it up under market value! Garret has great resources and network to get you what you need!
Hard to believe this crooked place is still in business...my advice just stay away. Do not deal with Maxwell Beaver he is a crooked as they come...still owes me over $2000.00. Not counting on getting it but I am trying to warn people to sstay away.
