I'm picky about my HVAC contractors. Some are just high-pressure salesmen, most don't pay attention to the details, and almost none of them understand the building science that goes into creating a comfortable house. Andy is the exception - no pressure, no B.S., and a willingness to do things right. CMR is also one of the few HVAC contractors in the area that is ACCA QA accredited.

He did the legwork for the initial estimate himself. He worked with me for several weeks via email ironing out the details on our challenging installation (refining load calculations, system sizing, pros/cons of different options, etc.). And he was even able to save me some money by allowing me do a lot of the prep work myself (I installed the new electrical disconnect, moved our existing condensate pump, pulled new thermostat wire, etc.).

Installation day was a breeze and the crew had excellent workmanship. System easily passed both inspections and has been running smoothly ever since. Connie at the CMR office is always delightful and responsive. I'll be coming back to CMR for my future maintenance and projects!“
