Chelsea Dermatology

Phoned to make an appointment for a concerning issue. I've been there in the past for a different situation. Their office is closed on Fridays, which I didn't expect. I'll phone again after the weekend. My reason for only 2 stars is that their phone answering message does NOT state their regular office hours! It does give instructions for emergencies and leaving various office messages, but not their open hours. Their website does give open hours, but this Yelp page states different hours. There is no way to tell when pages have been updated, so client can't tell which is correct.

I am so grateful to have found this office, and the best Dermatologist! I couldn't have wished for a better experience. The staff were fast, welcoming, and I felt comfortable for the first time in a Doctor's office. Dr. Shah was kind, articulate, intelligent, and I have feel blessed to have received his care. I can't thank him enough for seeing me.

Shortest wait times EVER and a staff that was nothing but friendly and patient! I am already so happy with the recommendations from the doctor! Additionally, this office is going above and beyond to keep their patients safe from COVID. Five stars!
