Our experience with Family Plumbing and Heating was excellent. We just purchased a house and it was our first time owning a boiler. We noticed some excessive heat and a vent operating that we were concerned about. I called Family Plumbing and Heating on a Friday afternoon and they got us on the books by the following Monday. Our technician Nevin T was very professional and kind. Not only did he service our boiler, he walked us through it's operations and educated about the function. His calm demeanor and obvious experience was just what we needed as new home owners. Thanks team!

Hanks in Harbor Springs has always been prompt and knowledgeable but this last visit by Nevin T. took it to a nee level. Workong on our Fujistu Heater/AC unit he was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. What made it exceptional is his ability to descripe the issue in laymens terms and his intimate understanding based on vast experience. He also was able to show us some tricks to improve efficiency that hes seen work with other customers. More than just a mechanic he was a consultant. Oh, and then took the time to clean the filters. Super happy experience
