Wow! Just wow! I have never been so impressed by customer service as I have with Riley’s! Katrina Morris is phenomenal and goes above and beyond to help her clients get optimal results. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled! The entire experience was exceptional from front desk to back office and collaboration between colleagues in a difficult situation! Ben was so nice and very helpful. From the second I called to explain what I needed help with to the moment I walked out the door once we were finished. He was very informative, nice to talk to, patient. Very very patient. Also very reasonable costs. We will definitely use them again for our tax needs.
