All the ladies do such an amazing job! They are quick and really pay attention to detail. I like how they always update my notes so they can know exactly what I want and any of them can do it. The check in feature is great other then I would like to schedule an appointment at times because the wait time can very at times and make it difficult if driving to the location. My son decided he was bored and cut his own hair leaving chunks of missing hair on his head went to the charlotte location to ask what I could do to fix my sons hair and guard size I would have to use since I was short on money and the lady had my son sit in her chair and helped us out so thankful for her help my son my not be happy with the hair cut but hopefully he learned his lesson on cutting his own hair will definitely continue to use great clips of Charlotte the ladies are awsomeService: Kids' cuts
