I had a great experience! I called and got an appointment for the next day, I showed up like 20 minutes early and Winter got me right in. Winter cut my hair just perfectly! I told her how I styled it and no problem she had it done before my scheduled appointment time! Thank you Winter, you just got a monthly customer.
April was amazing. I went in to have my hair layered and she did an amazing job! She also told meif I wanted it shorter to come back in and it would be free of charge. Of course I would have given her a nice tip if that had been necessary. I am from Grand Rapids and I'm sad I am not closer because I really liked the cut she gave me and I can be hard to please with haircuts. Would recommend her for your hair care needs.Tamera Burgess
I've been here many times over the years. Ask for Kathy. Convenient because you don't need an appointment and it's right in town. Some of the stylist's are not very good however, as some other people have mentioned. Again, ask for Kathy.
