Conveniently located near downtown Charlevoix, their staff has always provided prompt, kind service, always working with me and the various insurance providers I have carried. Repairs and maintenance have been consistently provided quickly, and with minimal cost, and best of all, Dr. Jon runs pretty tight to his schedule - no waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes to get your exam started. The staff was super friendly and professional. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions I had. The store itself is large with a wide selection of frames.

After searching for 12 years for someone who could get my apparently challenging eyeglass prescription and fitting right, Dr. Jon VanWagnen and Jeff Hilligan gave me their time and expertise to make it happen. My glasses are working out great and I can finally see normally. I’m so grateful!
