501 Water St, East Jordan“Furnace went out on the coldest night of the year and with a baby at home. I called the emergency phone number for two different services around midnight and left voicemails. The technician, Chris, called back in 5 minutes and quickly got on the road to drive 30 minutes to our home. He was a good communicator and super professional. He didn't make it sound like a burden for him to be there. He worked for an hour and used the parts he had for a workaround. Furnace was going by 1:30 am. Chris said he'd follow up once a part came in for the full fix and he did two days later. Appreciate the great service, communication, and follow through. I will be using this business again in the future.“
