“I was at "my" Whits End, when Candice returned my call. In January of '23 after losing my Bella, we decided it would be a great idea to get TWO puppies. Didn't know what i was in for! After taking them to local store for puppy training, i quickly knew it wasn't enough. I was refered by a friend (who spoke honestly about not knowing what they could do, because he had never used them personally) to At Whits End Dog training. After in home evaluation, they were confident they could help. I sent my boys for a two week board and train. Very impressed with the trainer Stephanie and what she was able to accomplish with my co dependant pups! Highly recommend this company for the ability to train me and my boys! Great follow up and never felt alone post training. Stephanie checked in regularly and scheduling follow ups were simple. Thank you for settling my house down!!“

“Absolutely amazing! I can't recommend From The Heart Dog Training enough, really.My sweet Rita was already a good girl but I really needed to elevate her to being darn near perfect after a recent auto accident has left me disabled. I could no longer handle pulling on walks or her lunging at any distractions.During the two week training camp, the report cards I received were so detailed and let me know that Victoria and Mel were really getting to know/working on Rita and all of her quirks. The app is also awesome to have to refer to for future homework, since the training never really ends.Rita is home now and I have to say she's a different dog. So much more calm in and out of the house AND she no longer follows me to every room. I know it will be hard going forward since I don't get to snuggle with her on every piece of furniture but I can already see the change by following through with what I was suggested. In time, I fully believe Rita will be able to achieve whatever I'd like her to.All in all, incredible experience. So worth it if you'd like to see a change in your dog. “We found Ash recently when looking for help with our 6 yr old little Sheltie. Our fur baby has had anxiety with noises, meeting new people & excessive barking at most everything. After just a few sessions with Ash our fur baby has calmed right down. Ash has given us wonderful aides to help our little girl and Ash is very knowledgeable on extra training for our Kaylee. I would recommend her to anyone looking for dog training or help with behavior issues.“

“Becky exceeded expectations I didn't even know I had! She was responsive, friendly, punctual, communicative and, most of all, did amazing training our dog with leash etiquette. She came to the house for a consultation and 5 times following to walk and train. We noticed a difference in our dog after just 1 walk. I was lost and walked in crying to let them know what was going on and that I needed to wait for my parents there for a bit. Karri Howard took wonderful care of me and calmed me down. “My poor baby was scratching herself bloody everywhere and our normal vet was not answering the phone so I called everywhere. Every single place I called didn’t take walk ins, didn’t except new clients & had appointments out until the end of September. Until I reached ALFA CARE. I called them at 5:30 PM on Friday and she said to come in at 6pm. I sped there with my baby (who was absolutely terrified ?). We got in a room immediately. They said she had allergy to something (not outdoors). Gave her a steroid shot. Told me to go buy baby Benadryl & to keep putting triple antibiotic ointment on the spots like I had been. And to buy flea & tick treatment from their online pharmacy. Not sure if it was the steroids or the ointment I was putting on. But the dry does on her head clumped up and releases from her scalp. And her bloody spots have healed. So I’m happy And she’s happy, just a little sore when you touch her now bald spot directly.“

“I've been going to kitty clinic for a couple of years now. Dr Ruiz usually treats my kitty Bella. She has multiple problems: High blood pressure, heart murmur, hyperthyroidism. She is15. i can't get over all the negative reviews for this place. I do agree there should always have someone at the front answering phones. Bernie is fantastic, also Dr. Ruiz, however, suggested putting her down because she thought she had blood clots in her legs that prevented her from walking properly and took an xray, where she thought Bella had possible cancer in her bowel. She suggested an ultrasound to verify the CA diagnosis. I have an appt. coming up for ultrasound. But since I saw Dr. Ruiz, she is walking almost normal, (I am so happy the blood clot possibly dissolved.) Actually she is doing great!! Dr Ruiz gave her an injection for her arthritis in her hip, and it really works. She no longer wimpers when we pick her up. We will continue with the shots every month. I have always gotten a return call from the front, and occasionally got no answer. But I think because Bella is in there frequently, she is a preferred customer and I can reach them easily. I won't take her anywhere else. The girls, there, are so gentle and kind to her.“

Thanks to Dr. Cosi, he was properly diagnosed, started on medication and if finally feeling better! Dr. Cosi is amazing, and we have found our new vet!“
