I'd like to share our experience with Turner's. We had noticed some noises coming from our only household toilet in our recently purchased house. This brought to our attention we do not have record when the last time the septic was emptied. I am so thankful my husband got a referral to contact Turner's. Not only was he responsive, but a very kind man too. Turns out our septic was full and being in the midst of a pandemic he is certainly affordable for the quality job he provided us. Terri and Anthony do such an awesome cleaning job. I swear every month they come the house looks better and better. I would have them come weekly if I could. They came out promptly, opened a clog that was stopping my toilet from flushing. Two days later I had water backing up into my basement again. I called them back and they came out and ran their camera through the sewer drain. It was clear with no blockages. The backup was evidently from an improperly installed line from a new water softener. They did not charge me for the return visit.
