Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable. George came out and performed a Well Inspection for us. He explained everything to me and how everything should function. He also helped me obtain my Well Log from St. Clair County. His expertise was sincerely appreciated, as I want to pass along the findings to the new owners and give them a piece of mind.

I give a 5 star rating for the prompt response and friendliness of George and team. Service was great and a job well done. Cost was much higher than expected but I do have great water now. I Recommend using Valley Well & Pump just get pricing up front.

My pressure tank got a a hole in it and was filling up my crawlspace…I called and spoke to George. He was able to come out the next day after he had already worked all day and replaced the tank in a timely manner. Even let me watch to learn a thing or 2. He did all of this and was VERY helpful and AFFORDABLE!I highly recommend!
