My daughter's furnace wasn't working, she called him on a Sunday, he quickly came out, diagnosed the problem, told my son-in-law how to fix it and didn't charge anything for the call!! Of course we gave him some money for his trouble. He called back on Monday morning after checking that the part we needed was in stock!! Awesome!!!
